Hoe kan men risicorelaties observeren om radicalisering te voorkomen?
- Het herkennen en identificeren van vroege situaties van mogelijke radicalisering die kunnen uitgroeien tot conflicten.
- Bewustwording over radicalisering en de verschillende vormen ervan.
- Indicatoren definiëren voor het identificeren van potentieel tegenstrijdige situaties in de klas.
- Om manieren te leren om deze indicatoren te gebruiken in een leercontext.
- Het aanmoedigen van actieve en participatieve observatievaardigheden bij leerkrachten, voor dringende gevallen van waarschuwingstekens.
Participants organise the space to facilitate comparison (chairs in a circle, a table for each working group, availability of multimedia aids). This kind of organisation is particularly important to encourage a welcoming atmosphere fostering open and spontaneous dialogue.
The proposed activities are planned to last approximately 4-8 hours, and are conducted by the facilitator in order to solicit confrontation and debate between participants and to encourage their active participation.
It starts with a short training session where the common terminology and a presentation of the issues are introduced. Special attention is placed on the definition and meaning of the terms radicalisation, prevention, and vulnerable identity.
After being divided into sub-groups, participants are asked to create indicators that represent "warning signs" in the classroom context with respect to situations of conflict that may generate forms of radicalisation.
The results of group work are to be presented in a plenary session where contributions from each group are collected and organised with the help of the facilitator,
The results will be accompanied by an analysis and presentation of the pre-defined set of indicators (document attached), in order to define the most significant indicators for the group.

-Een ruimte voor werken in gesubdividualiseerde groepen.
Toegang tot computers.
Na vier maanden worden de deelnemers uitgenodigd op een vergadering om de doeltreffendheid van de indicatoren, het concrete gebruik ervan en eventuele verbeteringsvoorstellen te evalueren. Deelnemers zijn ook verplicht om voordelen op te sporen in termen van zowel onderwijs als interactie met de groep.
Deze tool revisie activiteit kan dan worden voorgesteld en gebruikt aan het einde van elk opleidingsjaar.
De leider/beheerder/directeur/hoofd van de onderwijsinstelling geeft aan of en in welke mate kleine conflicten zijn gemeld, aan de hand van de volgende indicatoren:
-Minder verbaal en fysiek geweld;
-Vermindering van disciplinaire sancties.
